They are individuals. They march to the beat of their own drum; they see things in a different light.
But yet, they belittle them. They talk down to them as if they are mere disgusting rodents that they found crawling around the sewer.
They are different, yes, but that is no reason to discard them. They are people to. They hurt when they get called names, they bleed if they are cut, they feel the same thing every teenager goes through, just like you.
So why disassociate themselves with you?
Why do you ignore them, as if they aren�t there?
Why do you make them suffer, knowing that they will never stand at the top of the food chain and forever be feed to the sharks?
Why didn�t I defend them, when they needed me most?
