If I received a dollar for every time someone in my family said they were going to do something, then procrastinated on doing it, and by the time they say they were going to do it, they've forgotten, I would be rich.
Therefore, since I would be rich, I would go get/do what I needed in the first place because the thing I needed could be bought since I now have money, or I could pay someone else to do it.
In conclusion, I think that I should receive a dollar every time a family member of mine procrastinates.
It would save a lot of problems.
